I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1997 and a member of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  I hold designations as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

I am experienced in all segments of residential real estate, including new construction, investment properties, and the special needs of of bank-owned or REO Properties, and short-sale or pre-foreclosure.  I specialize in working with Seniors in helping them make the transition from a single family home to a low-maintenance retirement lifestyle.  I also became designated as a Certified Distressed Property Expert to assist the many famalies that are affected by the US Housing market and the financial crisis to avoid foreclosure and the negative impact that will have on their future.
