Kathie earned her real estate license in 1974 and began her full-time career in 1978. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree and over 20 graduate hours in Counseling and Psychology. In addition, she has obtained the real estate designations of Graduate of the Realtor Institude, Certified Residential Specialist, Relocation Specialist, and Certified Distresssed Property Expert. Because of the high respect from her peers and her strong leadership qualities, she has been elected to and served two terms as the Chair of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors. Kathie places a high priority on customer service and as a result can credit over 80% of her business to her repeat clients,  to referrals from past clients, and to referrals from other REALTORS.
